The X Performance was the only smartphone in the X range to have water and dust tightness; it also has a fingerprint scanner, except for the United States, where Sony has disabled it. While the Xperia X Performance is probably a high-end smartphone, it still presents quite a few changes compared to its older brother, the regular Xperia X. It contains the high-end Snapdragon 820 processor, but supports it only with 3 GB of RAM. The screen is limited to 1080p, and the battery capacity is rather lean, of 2,700 mAh. If its photo sensor has a very high resolution of 23 megapixels, the visual rendering the users are not unanimous about it, this one lacking fun, and the device remains rather low performant in low light.
