The inside of the case is lined with leather, an iconic signature of the brand. However, this lining can be customised on request, offering tone-on-tone or two-tone options to match your personal preferences. Our configurator allows you to create a unique and exclusive shell, with over 10 ranges, 100 colours, and three textures available: leather, faux leather or vegan. What's more, we offer more than 80 colours for the inner linings, all certified by the Leather Working Group, guaranteeing eco-responsible production.
We offer advanced personalisation, allowing you to print or engrave a first name, message, logo or even an image. You can also choose to add slots for credit cards and banknotes, making your case even more functional.
Our shoulder strap is elegant, discreet and easily adjustable. Practical and comfortable, it keeps your iPhone 16 Plus securely close to you while keeping your hands free. Exchanges and returns
All our products undergo rigorous quality control. Items marked "in stock" may be returned in their original packaging within 14 calendar days, provided that customer service is notified in advance.
In the event of non-conformity, the customer must, on receipt of the parcel, make a detailed request or complaint before the second working day following delivery of the parcel.
In the case of an exchange, Innovacases customer service will generate a return number and a return address to be respected. The product will have to be turned over in its original packaging even if this one was opened and will have to be accompanied by all its accessories.
ATTENTION: Only products with a proven defect when unpacked will be accepted. Otherwise, the product may be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense, or the return may be requalified on the appropriate grounds.
No returns will be accepted for:
- Products made to order and specially designed (out of stock, specific color, or with options).
- Products for which the return request is out of time and/or if the original packaging has been unsealed, opened, torn, marked, and/or if the product has been used.
