The inner shell is carefully designed down to the last millimetre to fit each model of phone perfectly. The raised edges a few millimetres above the screen and camera provide optimum protection against bumps and scratches, while the corners and edges are completely secure. The light, thin but incredibly strong frame absorbs shocks effectively, guaranteeing exceptional durability.
The durability of our cases is based on the use of top-quality leathers, worked to optimum thickness and deeply dyed for a natural, uniform colour. The inside of the case is lined with the iconic red alcantara, which can be customised according to your preferences, offering tone-on-tone or two-tone linings. Using our configurator, you can create a unique and exclusive case, with over 10 ranges, 100 colours, and three textures available, including leather, leatherette, or vegan. Exchanges and returns
All our products undergo rigorous quality control. Items marked "in stock" may be returned in their original packaging within 14 calendar days, provided that customer service is notified in advance.
In the event of non-conformity, the customer must, on receipt of the parcel, make a detailed request or complaint before the second working day following delivery of the parcel.
In the case of an exchange, Innovacases customer service will generate a return number and a return address to be respected. The product will have to be turned over in its original packaging even if this one was opened and will have to be accompanied by all its accessories.
ATTENTION: Only products with a proven defect when unpacked will be accepted. Otherwise, the product may be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense, or the return may be requalified on the appropriate grounds.
No returns will be accepted for:
- Products made to order and specially designed (out of stock, specific color, or with options).
- Products for which the return request is out of time and/or if the original packaging has been unsealed, opened, torn, marked, and/or if the product has been used.
